Monica Escarzaga, MD, FACC

 

Dr. Escarzaga graduated Cum Laude in Biology at Harvard University and Cum Laude for her Medical Doctorate from Yale University. She completed her intern year training as a surgical intern at Mayo Clinic, then residency training in internal medicine at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. She completed a Fellowship in Cardiology at Boston Medical Center in 2003.

Dr. Escarzaga is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease.  She is designated as a Fellow in the American College of Cardiology (FACC) representing the highest level of training.  She is also certified by the National Board of Echocardiography (NBE) and has received Coronary CTA Level II certification.  

Dr Escarzaga is fluent in Spanish.
